Independent Facilitation (IF)

Your independent facilitator is available on an ongoing basis to help you and your circle of support implement your person-centered plan and achieve your goals through the Self-Determination Program. Our facilitators are trained to provide continuous assistance, ensuring that your plan is effectively executed and adjusted as needed to meet your evolving needs and aspirations.

The Financial Management Service (FMS) will pay your independent facilitator out of your individual budget, ensuring that you have access to the resources and support you need without any additional financial burden. Our goal is to provide your with the tools and support necessary to lead an enriched, independent, and fulfilling life.

Person-Centered Planning

This service is funded through the regional center, ensuring accessible and high-quality support for all eligible individuals.
